Wageten 1755 m Mountain hiking
On its south face Wageten offers attractive sport climbing routes from VI+ to VIII (UIAA). In this area you can climb almost all year round. In spring it is a special treat to ascend on skis and then enjoy climbing on the warm, sunlit rock. Climbing is the only way to access the summit of Wageten (T4). The approach to the foot of the climbing rock is on marked trails starting from Mettmen in Niederurner Tal or from Schwändital.
