Tour d'Aï 2330 m Route archive
Together with the Tour de Mayen forms the familiar sight of the Vaud Alps. While her neighbour is girdled on all sides by rock bands, the Tour d'Aï has just long ridge leading SSE, with a west facing wall. This also gives the lightest, white-blue-white marked ascent. Through the west wall a popular via ferrata leads to the summit. The southwestern wall is known to climbers under the name "Sphinx".
