Pointes du Mourti 3563 m Route archive
Twin peaks between the Cabane de Moiry and the Ferpècle Valley. Like the Pigne de la Lé to the east, it stands as a cornerstone at the entrance to the magnificent high plateau of Glacier de Moiry, at the end of which lies the Grand Cornier. The once known and popular north face has lost a good part of its glaciation and is pretty much only climbed (and skied) in spring. The normal route leads from Cabane de Moiry over the glacier plateau and the northeast ridge to the (higher) eastern summit. The traverse to Dent des Rosses is also popular.
