Follow the footpath in an arc towards the small stream, then follow this up to ca. 2600 m .
Path junction - Piz Linard
Leave the main path and continue straight on, following cairns over the grassy hump on tracks to the base of the rocky south face. The first rock bastion is bypassed on the left; then, cut back right following a ledge to the centre of the flank. This leads into the large scree/talus slope. A marked trail leads up this, bearing slightly left towards the top to enter a large couloir. Climb this up to a shoulder on the western ridge, and follow this up to the summit.
Descent
Follow the route of ascent.
