Piz Cotschen is the S pillar of the range rising from wide pastures above Lower Engadine, and it is linked to the rest of the mountain range only by the ridge Fil da Tuoi. From both ends of the summit ridge a number of ridges descend rather steeply. The view goes to Engadine and across countless peaks.
