The striking Matluschkopf watches over the winemaking village Fläsch, which was awarded the Wakker Prize from Swiss Heritage in 2010. Already known for the prehistoric finds at its top, the south and west sides of this outcrop were later discovered by climbers and soon became one of the best sport climbing crags of the area.
