Route description
Tossen Skilift - Lämmerenhütte
From the top of the Tossen chair lifts (approx. 2360 m) , traverse flat NE into a small depression, towards the small lake at P. 2350. Before the lake start up right (E-SE) weaving between the steepest sections up to Chindbettipass (2623 m). The rocky knoll east beneath the pass is bypassed south or north depending on conditions. Descend southeast into the valley, then follow its curve up over the remnant glacier to the Rote Totzlücke. From the Rote Totzlücke descend SW, down the entire Lämmerental valley to the Lämmerenhütte.
