Between Strick and Hächle, stands the highest peak of the Schrattenflue: the Hächlezänd; a handful of limestone towers 20 to 40 meters high. A characteristic representative for climbing the Hächlezähnd is the "big" needle (Grosse Nadel). The sunny, fog-free location also provides pleasant conditions for climbing in winter.
