The normal route from the Fisetengrat via Rund Loch is marked blue-white-blue (Via Glaralpina) cairns. A somewhat more challenging alternative is the route from the Claridenhütte via Gemsfairenjoch; while this used to be a relatively simple glacier tour, the ascent to the Gemsfairenjoch has become more difficult due to glacier retreat.
