Climb the Gehrihorn:
Exposed to the west, the striking rock face of the Gehrihorn rises into the sky above Frutigen. This wall was opened in 1962 by the Kandertal climbing pioneers Hanspeter Trachsel and Hans Grossen. The west wall has a few loose stones in the middle and is interspersed with grass in the summit plate. Nevertheless, an inspection is a worthwhile experience thanks to the good restoration of the bolts.
