Fahnenstock 2610 m Mountain hiking
Fahnenstock is a trilateral pyramid with a steep north ridge. The west ridge runs as far as Marchegghorn and is called Muotatalgrat, while the south-east ridge bends eastward 200 metres before the summit to end in a mighty buttress above Heubützlipass. At the triangular signal there is a summit book.
