Cima di Gana Bianca is a watershed with two diverse faces. The steep face dropping down to Val Soi is a typical, mysterious, cold and quiet north face. The one towards Malvaglia is bathed in morning sunshine, forming a wide, gentle bowl, in which one can jauntily hike through seemingly endless pastures and harmless talus. The summit is named after the latter: gana = talus, bianca = white.
