Easy but long hike through the quiet Val Spadlatscha, with its typical alpine forest and pasture landscape. Combined with the hut approach via Chavagl to Bergün an interesting day hike.
Route description
Filisur - Val Spadlatscha - Chamona d'Ela CAS
From Filisur (1080 m), descend to the Albula Bridge (998 m) then follow the path up through the Rözenwald and via Sela (1427 m) and into the Val Spadlatscha. Follow the valley bottom past Alp Prosot and Pradatsch (2005 m) and up to the hut at 2252 m below Pass d'Elà.
