Route description
Approach to Holzflue
From the station of Balsthal, walk through the centre of town towards the cemetery. Turn left. 100 m along Högerstrasss, bear right onto Amanzenweg. After 70m turn right onto a beautiful little path that zigzags up through the forest. Continue onto the forest road, which leads trough a small tunnel and over a bridge with a nice view of the valley. At the junction, take the steep footpath up to the right. This leads up and round through the rocks to the climbing.
