Route description
Vals Valé - Ampervreilhorn
From Vals Valé (1266 m) ascend south-eastward in the pastures of Balma to reach the road to Peiltal at P. 1466. Now follow the road to Bodahus (1733 m), which you reach either on the alp access road or by ascending the open slopes from the bridge at P. 1646. Ascend south-westward to Innerrossbodma (1961 m) and continue in the same direction on the wide slopes of Selva Alp. Pass Hohbüel (2462 m) on the east side to reach the bowl with Schwarzsee. Ascend to the summit, either directly on the north-east slope (provided that the avalanche situation is safe) or on the north ridge of P. 2675.
Descent
Ski down on the ascent route. The wide slopes allow a number of variants to reach Peiltal.
