Alphubel 4206 m Ski tour
Alphubel is a glaciered mountain in the Mischabel range above Saas-Fee. The characteristic summit plateau is visible from afar. Three itineraries go up to the summit, one from Saas-Fee via Längflue, another one from Britanniahütte, and the third one from Täschhütte. All of them are demanding tours on glaciers requiring a good physical condition. Ascending on Feegletscher, the rope is often in use.
